Workouts have been getting more and more consistent these past few weeks. Had 5 days a week last week and 6 days before that. I am trying (not always successfully) to get 2 swims, 2 bikes and 2 runs in a week. Keep some sort of a semblance of a normal routine. Seriously, why doesn't someone write a book called, "Pregnancy Workouts for a Gulf Coast PR in 2009". I would totally buy that book!
